At Marcaz Electrical Appliance Testing, we make use of state of the art Seaward Apollo 500+ testing machines, allowing us to provide a wide range of electrical tests, from kettles and toasters; computers and monitors, to 110V industrial and construction equipment.
All PAT Testing includes a formal visual inspection as standard.
At Marcaz Electrical Appliance Testing, we are qualified to test fixed electrical appliances. These are items that do not have a plug, but instead are hard wired into the electrical circuits of your premises. Examples, include cookers, radiators/heaters or bathroom hand dryers.
All Fixed Appliance testing also includes a formal visual inspection as standard.
PAT testing ensures the electrical safety of microwaves, but does not measure microwave radiation leakage. Microwave emission testing checks for harmful leaks, which, could expose users to harmful levels of microwave radiation. Combining emission testing with PAT ensures that not only the electrical components are safe, but also that no dangerous radiation is escaping, protecting and users from potential health risks.
All our testing services come with a fully itemised testing report. These can be made bespoke to your needs and how much information you require.
We also provide a Certificate of Testing.
Electric Socket Testing is a vital process that ensures your sockets are correctly wired. Improperly wired sockets can lead to serious issues, including increased fire risk.
